Search for property

You can search for property by area, size and price, whichever is your highest priority. If you're still not sure what the best option is then just call in to our Monmouth Street office or call us on 01225 430909.

By registering your details you will allow your perfect property to find you. Tell us what you're looking for, and you will be the first to know about any new student properties which become available to let. Keep track of your favourite properties, download useful documents and use our services in a way that suits you.

Viewing property

When you've decided on the property (or properties) that you're interested in, just call or e-mail us to arrange a viewing. We understand that you will probably want to view several properties at once so we'll try to organise viewings in a block for maximum convenience. At some of our larger properties we may conduct “open house” type viewings where you will be able to come along at a time to suit you on a given day. If you register your details with us then we will be able to let you know where and when this is happening.

Letting the property

When you have chosen a property, we will help you through the application process and give you as much advice and guidance as you need. We will take your reference and guarantor details, and get the tenancy agreement drawn up in your name(s). We do recommend that you take some time to read the agreement thoroughly and understand the terms and conditions that you are signing up to. If you have any questions at all then we're here to help.
